This lovely Saint Cyprien holiday rental is conveniently located on the ground floor. Although not officially wheelchair accessible, everything is on one level and a convenient ramp leads to the front entrance. You will find a comfortable living and dining room area equipped with TV and a sofa bed for two people. Adjacent is the well-equipped kitchen and larger terrace for outdoor dining and relaxing. There is one bedroom with a 140cm double bed and an adjoining sun-filled terrace, plus a second bedroom with two 100cm single beds. A bonus are the two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower. You can while away the hours on either terrace in sun or shade, and bask in the view of the peaceful marina and blue water. Terraces are complete with barbecue, dining table/chairs and lounge chairs.

Your Saint-Cyprien Vacation rental is located in heart of village 1 min walk to shops, market, restaurants and cafes. You are 1500m to beach, 15mn walk. Shops at 250m, port and resort center at 1500m. Local buses are clean and comfy and cost just 1 euro to go to any village in the area! Train station (in Perpignan or Elne) can take you to Paris, Barcelona… If you arrange in advance, we can also provide transport to/from airport and other attractions at a reasonable price. Flights into Perpignan, Carcassonne or Beziers, France or even Girona or Barcelona Spain get are closest.
Saint-Cyprien Vacation rental : Other things to note.
– WIFI, bedding and towels, and a deep departure cleaning are all included in the price.
– However, we do ask guests to leave home as they found it (aside from linens).
– A 200 euros damage deposit is paid with first payment upon reservation. This is of course fully refunded via bank wire if all found in a tidy state with no major breakages.
